Audience Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the execution of the audience targeting for AdTheorent media campaigns.  You will be part of the Data Strategy team; having a wide scope of business and technical responsibilities to ensure AdTheorent clients run successful media campaigns by reaching the best audience.

Data Strategy team members are expected to have strong problem solving skills, interested in consumer behavior, and a sense of self-accountability. We are constantly tackling challenging problems and work with virtually every team within AdTheorent during the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the AdTheorent 3rd party data strategy, which includes the operations and communication across multiple teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Analytics)
  • Owner of day-to-day audience development and targeting operations, acting as liaison between Product, Operations, and Sales
  • Partner with Sales team for development of audience targeting strategy and execution of audience segments derived from 3rd party data partners
  • Business owner of 3rd party data partner integrations for audience targeting, including onboarding new data segments and billing reports
  • Support business development of existing and new 3rd party data partners, including commercial agreements, revenue/ROI growth, and technical integrations
  • Ensure 3rd party data integrations conform with AdTheorent technology platform and operational workflow

Preferred experience and knowledge:

  • BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 2+ years of online media experience. Mobile experience a plus
  • Ability to translate business concepts to online marketing strategies, and vice versa
  • Understanding and business application of large scale databases
  • Strong analytic skills and Excel proficiency are required
  • Experience or interest in emerging technologies involving mobile apps, connected devices, programming languages, web development, etc.
  • Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
  • Client services and/or analytics experience in performance-based marketing (e.g., SEM, ad network, or affiliate) highly preferred
