Digital Sales Manager

San Francisco

AdTheorent is recruiting sales executives who will be responsible for continuing and creating new sales momentum in the Los Angeles and West Coast region. Candidate should have experience selling digital media solutions to agencies and clients in this market. The ideal person should have proven success exceeding revenue goals and have deep relationships with their clients. Our ideal team member focuses on relationship building, consultative selling and ultimately closing creative, collaborative deals. Candidate will report to the VP-West Coast Ad Sales.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 2-3 years of Digital Media Advertising Sales experience, selling Desktop and Mobile inventory to West Coast advertisers (Programmatic Ad Sales is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Deep connectivity among media decision-makers, across ad agencies and client-direct
  • Historical track record of growing advertising revenue
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Team player able to work within an entrepreneurial culture


  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and clients
  • Experience in negotiating and setting up Private Marketplaces is a preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality
