VP, Account Management – Barometric

Overview:

Barometric, a wholly owned division of AdTheorent, is the most advanced cross-device/cross-channel measurement and attribution platform in market.  Combined with an advanced mobile ad-serving suite, Barometric provides brands with an accurate means to serve and track their media spend and related conversions across all channels, including offline.   Barometric is breaking new ground in its quest to provide true cross channel measurement.

Responsibilities:

Given Barometric’s business model, where customers pay based upon the amount they use our platform, Barometric’s success is directly tied to the experience and value that each client gets from our service.  The VP Account Management is responsible for managing the entire post sales process focusing on servicing the growing client base, ensuring the overall success and satisfaction they get from working with us.  In addition, the VP Account Management is responsible for driving overall revenue from the existing client base by inspiring increased platform usage and introducing new business opportunities.

  • Manage the entire post-sales experience for each Barometric client focusing on exceeding expectations and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a team of account managers and technical solution managers to support the needs of the growing business.
  • Build the appropriate internal processes as well as provide relative product feedback to ensure Barometric is consistently striving to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Expand Barometric’s revenue through cross sell and upsell activities.
  • Influence the future lifetime value of each client through higher product adoption, increased customer satisfaction and the monitoring the overall value each client realizes from our services.

Suggested Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA or 4 year degree equivalent
  • 7+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience
  • Relevant experience in digital advertising and/or enterprise SaaS technology a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue growth
