Anthony is considered a leading voice in the area of mobile integration, advocating a paradigm in which media channels, brands, and agencies deploy mobile interactivity across traditional advertising as a method to invigorate consumer engagement. Recognizing the lack of a pure-play RTB system in mobile advertising, Anthony co-founded and launched AdTheorent in 2011 as a next generation digital ad platform.
Prior to AdTheorent, Anthony conceptualized and founded Augme Mobile in 2005 after identifying major gaps that existed in the both the technology and distribution strategies in the mobile marketing space, Augme Mobile was acquired by Modavox, Inc in 2009, and now operates as Augme Technologies, Inc.
Prior to Augme, Anthony gained extensive experience in the telecom industry, spending a decade developing and providing business development leadership and driving revenue growth in mid- and enterprise markets for AllNet, Frontier/Global Crossing and WorldCom.

Josh Walsh co-founded AdTheorent, a technology company providing data-driven predictive solutions to the digital media ecosystem, in 2011.
Today, Josh continues to challenge and push the boundaries of digital technology and data augmentation at AdTheorent and leads the Company’s business development initiatives.
Josh studied Marketing and Information Technologies at The University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. He is an adjunct professor at NYU, focusing on digital marketing.
Co-founder and EVP, Operations
As a founding member of the team, Dogan’s focus has been on the media operations side. Bringing his expertise in media planning and buying, as well as client and campaign management, Dogan built and currently oversees the Account Management, Ad Operations, Yield Management, Data & Analytics and Supply Operations teams who are key to AdTheorent’s success and continued growth. Dogan’s day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring that AdTheorent strives in customer service by providing timely and excellent service for clients, as well as campaign management overseeing a team of analytical, results-driven professionals who manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed client expectations.
Prior to AdTheorent, Dogan worked at media companies such as Havas Media and WPP. Working closely with various ad networks, demand side platforms, ad exchanges and trading desks, Dogan was instrumental in developing and executing numerous successful digital campaigns across a wide range of industries.
EVP, Mobile Media Sales
Paul Severini, EVP Digital Media Sales, has over 20 years of advertising sales and management experience with top publishing and digital organizations such as Time Inc, American Express Publishing and Conde’ Nast. In 2000 he was a part of the management launch team of money.net, the first streaming real-time portfolio tracker. Before joining AdTheorent, Paul held the position of Vice President, Advertising Director at Sporting News/Sportingnews.com
Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer, Director
Scott is an entrepreneur focused on launching and growing new business ventures based on technological innovations in telecommunications, mobile applications and new media. Scott’s diverse operational experience includes strategic planning, finance, product marketing, sales strategy, channel management, client services and operations.
Scott co-founded Augme Mobile in 2008, subsequently serving as COO of the acquiring company for a year before turning his attention back to new ventures.
Scott is a Managing Partner at Mogility Capital, an operationally-focused fund transforming early-stage ventures into profitable companies positioned for long-term growth and exit. Mogility is currently the lead investor in AdTheorent, and continues to support the aggressive growth strategy of the company.
Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer, Director
Jim is an attorney and entrepreneur who specializes in launching, supporting and monetizing technology and new media organizations. Jim has served as General Counsel and executive level management to several VC-backed and publicly traded companies. In 1999 he co-founded a web-based sports/entertainment services business and in 2008 he co-founded Augme Mobile, after which he served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Augme Technologies, Inc.
Before turning his focus to technology ventures and emerging businesses, Jim was a Partner in the Washington, DC office of the law firm McDermott, Will, Emery, LLP, where he represented Fortune 100 companies and growing businesses in both litigation and corporate counseling capacities. Jim is also a Managing Partner of Mogility Capital, one of the initial investors in AdTheorent.
Chris Cagle has more than 15 years of experience in the development and management of mobile and web applications for businesses ranging from startups to the enterprise. Chris has been with AdTheorent since the Company’s inception. In his role as EVP of Technology, Chris leads a team of developers and engineers responsible for developing, innovating and maintaining AdTheorent’s technology roadmap. Chris’s specialties include mobile conversion tracking, app deeplinking and building cloud-based applications inside Amazon Web Services.
Prior to AdTheorent, Chris led the development team at a local digital agency building custom applications for Fortune 500 companies.
Tom Burgess is a seasoned executive in online and wireless interactive marketing. He is a pioneer of innovative advertising solutions and holds patents in wireless and interactive marketing solutions. Prior to founding his current company Linkable Networks, a leading Card Linked Offer company, Burgess founded four other successful advertising technology companies including Third Screen Media, one of the first Mobile Ad Networks, which was sold to AOL in 2007 for low nine figures.
Paul has been in online media since its inception, and in that time has held senior roles with Klipmart, Yahoo, DoubleClick and appssavvy. He co-founded Klipmart in 1999, and grew the company in to a profitable and leading player in rich media advertising. He took a year out in 2004 to work for Yahoo on a variety of business development projects in Europe, after which he studied for and received an MBA from Warwick University in 2005. Paul then returned to Klipmart in 2005, and was instrumental in its positioning and eventual sale to DoubleClick in 2006. Most recently Paul has held the role of COO at appssavvy, an activity advertising platform. Originally an Angel investor in 2008, consequently a Board member for two years, and taking the full time role in late 2010.
Phil Palazzo is founder and president of PALAZZO, a boutique investment bank with a singular focus on creating value and wealth for owners and stakeholders of marketing services, interactive, digital, information, and new media companies. Phil has a long and highly successful history in advertising, marketing services, and investment banking, where he occupied executive positions in a variety of companies including Ammirati Puris Lintas (IPG) where he serves as President overseeing $600 million in revenue as a member of the worldwide board.
Michael Provenzano is Co-Founder of Visitar Media. Until July 2010, he was Co-Founder of Invite Media, Inc., a leading demand side platform (DSP) in the online display advertising industry that was acquired by Google in June 2010. Invite Media enables top ad agencies and media buyers to buy display media from multiple ad exchanges through a single buying platform. Mr. Provenzano wore many hats at Invite Media, including engineering, sales, finance, recruitment, and management. He helped Invite Media grow from a four-person startup to a 45-person, profitable technology company. Mr. Provenzano left Invite Media soon after the acquisition was completed. He received his BSE from the University of Pennsylvania in materials science and engineering.
