Josh Walsh co-founded AdTheorent, a technology company providing data-driven predictive solutions to the digital media ecosystem, in 2011.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Josh leads the Company’s data science, data warehouse, product and development disciplines. He focuses on the strategic direction of the Company, product innovation, as well as machine learning and development initiatives.
Josh studied Marketing and Information Technologies at The University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. He is an adjunct professor at NYU, focusing on digital marketing.
Co-founder and EVP, Operations
As a founding member of the team, Dogan’s focus has been on the media operations side. Bringing his expertise in media planning and buying, as well as client and campaign management, Dogan built and currently oversees the Account Management, Ad Operations, Yield Management, Data & Analytics and Supply Operations teams who are key to AdTheorent’s success and continued growth. Dogan’s day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring that AdTheorent strives in customer service by providing timely and excellent service for clients, as well as campaign management overseeing a team of analytical, results-driven professionals who manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed client expectations.
Prior to AdTheorent, Dogan worked at media companies such as Havas Media and WPP. Working closely with various ad networks, demand side platforms, ad exchanges and trading desks, Dogan was instrumental in developing and executing numerous successful digital campaigns across a wide range of industries.
EVP, Mobile Media Sales
Paul Severini, EVP Digital Media Sales, has over 20 years of advertising sales and management experience with top publishing and digital organizations such as Time Inc, American Express Publishing and Conde’ Nast. In 2000 he was a part of the management launch team of money.net, the first streaming real-time portfolio tracker. Before joining AdTheorent, Paul held the position of Vice President, Advertising Director at Sporting News/Sportingnews.com
Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer
Scott is an entrepreneur focused on launching and growing new business ventures based on technological innovations in telecommunications, mobile applications and new media. Scott’s diverse operational experience includes strategic planning, finance, product marketing, sales strategy, channel management, client services and operations.
Scott co-founded Augme Mobile in 2008, subsequently serving as COO of the acquiring company for a year before turning his attention back to new ventures.
Scott is a Managing Partner at Mogility Capital, an operationally-focused fund transforming early-stage ventures into profitable companies positioned for long-term growth and exit. Mogility is currently the lead investor in AdTheorent, and continues to support the aggressive growth strategy of the company.
Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer, Director
Jim is an attorney and entrepreneur who specializes in launching, supporting and monetizing technology and new media organizations. Jim has served as General Counsel and executive level management to several VC-backed and publicly traded companies. In 1999 he co-founded a web-based sports/entertainment services business and in 2008 he co-founded Augme Mobile, after which he served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Augme Technologies, Inc.
Before turning his focus to technology ventures and emerging businesses, Jim was a Partner in the Washington, DC office of the law firm McDermott, Will, Emery, LLP, where he represented Fortune 100 companies and growing businesses in both litigation and corporate counseling capacities. Jim is also a Managing Partner of Mogility Capital, one of the initial investors in AdTheorent.
Andrew Anderson is the SVP of Technology for AdTheorent, a machine learning-powered predictive advertising company. He In this role, he leads the development of AdTheorent’s Machine Learning RTB Platform, Data Warehouse, Cross Environment Map and as well as user- facing applications for the six-year-old New York-based company.
Andrew brings over more than 20 years of experience building and leading high performing technology teams that deliver innovative technology solutions to challenging business problems. Prior to joining AdTheorent, Andrew held various roles at Citi, where he served as technology lead for the implementation of their its global e-learning and e-recruitment platforms. In addition, Andrew managed several development teams responsible for the development creation and implementation of multiple HR applications to support the North American Operations and Technology organization of Citi.
Andrew is a native of Jacksonville, FL and currently lives in St. Augustine, FL with his wife LeeAnn, daughter Erin and son Andrew.
