AdTheorent is seeking an Associate Partnerships Manager to work across disciplines within our Partnerships team with a focus on Measurement, Ad Verification and Data Partnerships. This position will be responsible for managing relationships with our external partners and serve as the business liaison between those partners and all internal stakeholders. The role includes managing the relationships with our DMPs, data providers and measurement providers and developing internal processes as it relates to each partner workflow. AdTheorent is looking for an analytically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with different teams and likes building process. We are seeking individuals with strong digital acumen, programmatic experience and an attention to detail. This role will report to a Senior Partnerships Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing analysis of existing partnerships to drive efficiency where possible and help negotiate net new partner integrations as well as expand existing partnerships to include new product features/advancements
Work closely with leading measurement partners and 3P data providers in the retail, CPG, pharma and entertainment space to take advantage of new features and learning opportunities; become an SME on all related AdTheorent solutions and product offerings
Oversee DMP segment intake process and platform permissions; facilitate onboarding of online and offline client data
Share best practices and POVs with AdTheorent’s Sales, Client Services, Product/Tech and Analytics teams
Maintain data taxonomies and rates
Communicate with data and measurement partners regarding platform updates, changes or limitations
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of client proposals and wrap up reports in a timely manner
Develop wikis and partner/product related knowledge bases to be referenced across the organization
Analyze excel tables, pull queries in SQL to validate performance and spend and troubleshoot 3P segment delivery
Create billing usage reports at the end of every month
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry
Possess strong analytical framework and ability to problem solve highly technical issues
Process oriented and looks for ways to drive efficiency
Excellent skill set in Microsoft Excel, SQL a plus
Strong problem solving and consulting skills
Self-starter with a “doer’s” mentality
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS Degree required
Prior experience working with DMPs and DSPs a plus
Prior experience working with measurement solutions (sales lift products, foot traffic attribution etc.) a plus
