AdTheorent is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Implementation Manger to join its team. This individual will help drive AT’s efforts to build a self-service offering, formulate solutions for client needs, and set users up for success using AT’s proprietary demand-side-platform. They will work closely with the internal sales, operations, and product teams to bridge the pre-sales process with onboarding to ensure external clients have a solid foundation on A\T’s platform, solutions to meet the needs of their campaigns, and best practices needed to propel smooth adoption and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with sales team to educate prospective clients on how platform capabilities can be tailored to meet their needs and overcome obstacles of the RTB landscape.
Understand challenges faced by clients, identify common needs, and collaborate with Product team to scope and build longer term solutions.
Leverage internal subject matter experts to organize, document, and share best practices for setting up, managing, and efficiently using the platform to run campaigns.
Coordinate with Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from client onboarding to eventual ramp up.
Advise Learning & Development team on generating and evolving content geared towards training and advanced concepts pertaining to the platform’s features and campaign management.
Support and promote the release of new platform features released.
Work strategically with internal stakeholders to plan for and execute business objectives.
Review client growth and feedback to iterate and improve on existing onboarding processes and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in a similar tech/SaaS role and/or ad-tech, experience in programmatic preferred
Exposure to managing digital campaigns and using DSPs preferred
Familiarity with advertising agency preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and working through adversity
Solution oriented with the ability to align technical offerings with practical and creative solutions in order to solve problems
Willingness to be adapt to evolving business and client needs
Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is yet to be paved.
