Partnerships Manager, Inventory

AdTheorent is seeking a Programmatic Manager (Partnerships Manager) to work on our Inventory & Supply business. This position will be responsible for working with all of our inventory partners and managing the relationships and workflow with our exchanges and publishers direct. We are looking for an expert in programmatic media buying who can work collaboratively with our external partners to deepen relationships and with our internal stakeholders to drive results for AdTheorent.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day to day inventory contact across AdTheorent’s internal teams (Strategy, Sales, Yield, Analytics, Product)
  • Partner with AdTheorent’s Strategy team to respond to client RFPs and provide details around whitelists work closely with Strategy on the creation of custom deals, whitelists, avails and overall inventory recommendations to deliver on the clients’ specific KPIs
  • Perform ongoing analysis of inventory and identify high performing partners, publishers and/or media types based on various KPI such as CTR, CPA, CPV, Viewability etc.
  • Work with Yield team to ensure deals and whitelists are effectively pushed to platform, review performance of custom units, deal IDs/PMPs post launch to provide forward thinking recommendations
  • Maintain companywide whitelists and blacklists as well as master specs and rates for all partners by inventory type
  • Work closely with internal Product and Technology teams on any troubleshooting tasks that relate to new partner integrations, Deal ID implementation, etc.
  • Maintain ongoing POVs by supplier as well as a diversified partner list for unique ad types and inventory
  • Collaborate with Data/Audience and Measurement Partnerships teams to ensure integrated inventory solutions are provided

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the digital advertising industry – prior experience working at a DSP or SSP a plus
  •  Must have an understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and programmatic media buying
  • Ability to work with colleagues and external vendors at all levels; deep relationship building expertise
  • Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong analytical and technical framework
  • Self-starter with a “doer’s” mentality
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • BA/BS Degree required
