Revenue Operations Senior Associate

Position Overview: AdTheorent is looking for a bright, talented individual to join the Revenue Operations team. This position will analyze AdTheorent’s internal revenue and platform data to deliver insights to various business teams within the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, has a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, and is a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting and actionable insights on AdTheorent’s SalesForce and Platform data to appropriate departments including:
    • Forecasting Revenue
    • Deep dives into Sales metrics and activities
    • KPO reporting for Account Management and Sales
    • Ad Hoc reporting Revenue Leadership and Management
    • Gross Media Margin
  • Work with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for additional revenue across key clients and industry verticals
  • Collaborate with Yield, Partnerships, and Sales teams to evaluate pricing, rate cards, and channel performance to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with Salesforce team to maintain data integrity to provide more accurate revenue analysis to key stakeholders

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience working in Digital/Mobile advertising with a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape
  • Good project management skills: ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: being able to tell a compelling story through data/numbers
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention for detail

Desired:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau) and Salesforce a plus
