Senior Manager, Salesforce

Position Overview:

AdTheorent is seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce to join the Revenue Operations team. This role will oversee all Salesforce solutions and integrations, project management, and initiatives. The Senior Manager will help develop a strategic vision and product roadmap to align with both larger company initiatives and stakeholder goals.


  • Work with internal department leads to understand business requirements and scope projects.  Use findings to design solutions or discover new products that will meet business needs.
  • Act as Salesforce owner and main point of contact between the business stakeholders and technical development team ensuring the Salesforce platform meets and exceeds business and user needs.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Salesforce development initiatives; partner with internal teams and developers to define, plan, execute and implement Salesforce functionality, product implementations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and develop Salesforce to align with business requirements, drive adoption and deliver value to the business.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmap to align with business goals.  Define, design and lead ongoing development of Salesforce roadmap to meet internal team requirements to optimize resources and provide time saving automation that fulfills business needs and drives productivity.
  • Translate solution designs into JIRA epic and story tickets and liaise with internal developers to understand technical requirements and resources required for delivery. Prioritize work and lead all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools.
  • Support business teams in training and education needs on Salesforce product knowledge and adoption.
  • Oversee day to day activities and support requests as needed.
  • Ability to easily flag any downstream system impacts or dependencies.
  • Coordinate solutions of complex problems and challenges, identifying and selling new ideas and concepts that support optimal operating principles and practices for the business.
  • Continually gain business knowledge and Salesforce knowledge to proactively bring best practices and solutions that optimize sales processes and drive growth to the Media business.



  • 5-7 year’s experience utilizing Salesforce
  • Extremely detail and process oriented
  • Ability to form a strategic vision for overall system architecture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and project manage tasks to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA. Confluence, and Agile methodology
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and setup tools
  • Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ experience required
  • Experience with Business Operations or Sales Operations a plus
  • Bachelors Degree preferred and experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Project Lead preferred
