Sr. Partnerships Manager, Measurement

AdTheorent is seeking an analytically minded Sr. Partnerships Manager to oversee our Measurement business. This position will report to the VP, Partnerships and will be responsible for owning companywide relationships with all measurement and ad verification partners. This thought leader will be responsible for working closely across departments to craft studies, tests and closed loop solutions within multiple client verticals. Seeking individuals with strong analytical skills and attention to detail who also have the ability to translate complex data into a compelling and easily digestible measurement story.  


Key Responsibilities:

       Architect measurement solutions and provide recommendations to clients across various verticals to achieve core business KPIs and drive real world actions (past a click/visit) for campaigns 

       Work closely with leading measurement partners in the retail, CPG, pharma and entertainment space to take advantage of new measurement features and learning opportunities; become the companywide SME on all measurement and ad verification solutions

       Consult on client business problems, create measurement roadmaps, partner with product and analytics teams, package and present insights to stake holders at all levels and recommended solutions with a goal to achieve clients’ business objectives

       Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful partner integrations, delivery of client proposals and wrap up reports in a timely manner

       Oversee development of custom performance analyses across multiple channels/clients (in partnership with Yield and Analytics team members)

       Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities to distinguish ourselves in marketplace with impactful measurement partnerships

       Work with Partnerships VP to negotiate contracts for solutions and studies and Product team on new and existing partner integrations

       Create standardized workflow for results reporting (eg. surveys, brand lift, lift, foot traffic) across business lines 

       Monitor fraud and viewability across campaigns and client; help shape companywide best practices in the ad verification space

       Collaborate with Data/Audience and Inventory Partnerships Managers to ensure measurement capabilities are presented as part of big picture, results driven solutions that tie into our holistic audience and inventory recommendations 



       5-8 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry with 2+ years’ experience working in an analytics/measurement capacity 

       Must have a deep understanding of how to analyze complex data sets and drive meaningful conclusions – experience translating data into a story that can be easily understood  

       Ability to work with colleagues and external vendors at all levels; deep relationship building expertise

       Experience designing and measuring media and audience-based tests

       Strong problem solving and consulting skills

       Self-starter with ease working autonomously; prior management experience a plus

       Must be able to see the big picture and be able to rally others behind that picture

       Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

       Experience working with some of the following: foot traffic attribution partners, CPG sales lift partners, closed loop tune in measurement solutions, attitudinal studies, in-app tracking, fraud and ad verification partners 

       Expertise in Excel
